You Hongtao Chairman of Pharscin Pharma You Hongtao is the chairman of Pharscin Pharma with a master degree in medicine, a professor-level senior engineer, a representative of Chongqing Municipal People's Congress and a state council expert for special allowance. Prior to the founding of Pharscin Pharma in 1996, he worked as a deputy dean and associate professor in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College. He was a well-known orthopedic surgeon locally and a hands-on professional with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With the focus on overall strategic management and his profound and unique understanding of the industry, he was able to predict the industry development trend. As early as 20 years ago, he advocated the adoption of academic promotion and self-built marketing team to put the company's long-term growth on a firmer footing. At present, he is the vice president of China Pharmaceutical Material Association, the vice director of the Special Committee of Drug Clinical Evaluation and Research of China Association of Chinese Medicine, and the executive president of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Profession Association. Liu Xiaoying General Manager and Board Director of Pharscin Pharma Liu Xiaoying is the general manager and a board director of Pharscin Pharma with a
master degree in pharmacy from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. She is
also an associate professor, a licensed pharmacist, a state council expert for
special allowance and a member of Chongqing CPPCC. Before
joining to the Pharscin Pharma in 1999, she worked for medicine research and
development and has accumulated more than 30 years of rich experience in the
research and development, registration and approval and management of drugs in
China. She is currently the vice president of China Chemical Pharmaceutical Industry Association, the deputy director of the Chinese
Medicine Quality and Safety Professional Committee, the vice chairman of the
China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Encephalopathy Research,
the vice president of the Chongqing Medical Insurance Research Association, and
a member of the expert group review team of the Chongqing Science and
Technology Commission, a member of the review team of the New Drug Evaluation
Expert Group of Chongqing Food and Drug Administration and a member of the
China Medical Information Expert Review Committee. Wang Ying Deputy General Manager and Board Director of Pharscin Pharma Wang Ying is an associate professor and the
deputy general manager oꦐf the Pharscin Pharma. She
has been engaged in medical clinical work for 15 years with strong medical
theory, rich clinical experience and professional teaching skills. As she was once the deputy chief physician of the
Department of Gastroenterology at the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College, she
has ꦗa thorough understanding of the needs of the prescription market. After joining the Pharscin P𝕴harma in 1998, she has
started to work as the manager of marketing department and deputy general
manager of the company and h🍷as built the sales team, the sales department of
internal affairs, the bidding office and the mar🌄keting department. He set up a
scientific market🌳ing management system with Pharscin Pharma features, a
systematic management procedure of drug bidding procurement and a product
bidding information database. Hang Yonglu Deputy General Manager and Board Directorof the Pharscin Pharma Hang Yonglu, the deputy general manager and Board Director of Pharscin Pharma. He has been engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing for more than 40 years, and is a GMP review expert of Chongqing Food and Drug Administration. He organized more than 20 GMP on-site certifications, technical transfer verification of multiple drug projects, and built the quality management system of drug productions. He joined Pharscin Pharma in 2001 and is familiar with the process design of production lines of various preparations, equipment selection and installation, production organization, quality, safety, measurement, energy, special equipment, environmental protection and management. He is proficient in GMP hardware and software certification, on-site inspection, management and among others. From 2002 to 2017, under his leadership, Pharscin Pharma passed all GMP certifications smoothly, from the old-version GMP to the new version. |
